About
Hi, I’m Meg - a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you nourish and fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, health, and lifestyle.
A bit about me:
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, completed a clinically focused dietetic internship, and during this time discovered my passion for one-on-one nutrition counseling. I later earned my Master’s in Nutrition at Northeastern University, specializing in Obesity and Nutritional Health. For the past five years, I’ve helped clients build sustainable habits and a healthier relationship with food.
My approach is grounded in empathy, education, and collaboration. I also take a weight-inclusive approach, because your worth isn’t measured by a number, and your progress shouldn’t be either.
I help clients:
✔ Optimize energy & body composition
✔ Support metabolic health (blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.)
✔ Navigate through midlife with balanced nutrition
✔ Prevent disease & promote longevity
✔ Fuel fitness & performance goals
✔ Navigate GLP-1 therapies with a focus on muscle preservation
I'm looking forward to working with you on your health journey!

What fills my cup
I recharge best through creative outlets - whether it’s experimenting with new recipes, watercolor painting, or pottery. I also love a good book and long walks by the beach or exploring new neighborhoods.
My mornings usually kick off with movement that gets me grounded and boosts my energy - spinning, strength training, and heated yoga classes are some of my go-tos!
Working with me, you’ll quickly see how much I value helping you find ways to fill your cup - whether thats through nourishing food, movement that feels good, or other forms of self care.
