How do I get started?

Ready to get started? Just book an initial consultation for personalized nutrition counseling. We’ll go over everything you need to know during our time together - I’m looking forward to connecting with you!

Are the services customizable?

Yes, our services are fully personalized to reflect your unique dietary preferences, health needs, and wellness goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so each session is tailored specifically to where you are and what you need most at that time.

Is ongoing support provided?

Absolutely! We provide ongoing support to help you stay on track, motivated, and empowered throughout your health and wellness journey. The frequency of follow-up visits is entirely up to you - you can schedule them as often as feels supportive for your goals, progress, and overall needs.

Do you accept insurance?

All services are currently self pay as I’m not accepting insurance at this time. If you have any questions about payment, I’m happy to chat!

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual 1:1 nutrition counseling to make personalized support accessible from the comfort of your home. Please refer to the list of states where I’m currently licensed to see clients virtually. You do have to be physically located in one of these states while we are conducting our virtual visit.

Do you offer discounted packages?

Yes! We offer 3- and 6-session discounted packages for those looking for continued follow-up and support. These packages are available after completing your initial assessment and can be used at your own pace.
