Meg's Fave Nutrition Finds
As a Registered Dietitian, I'm often asked about my favorite cookbooks, kitchen tools, pantry staples, and nutrition products. This collection includes items I genuinely use, recommend to clients, or believe can make healthy eating a little simpler, more enjoyable, and a lot more realistic. My goal is always to help you build sustainable habits—so you'll only find resources here that I truly stand behind.
The High-Protein Cookbook by America's Test Kitchen
I'm so excited to share this cookbook because I had the opportunity to serve as the Registered Dietitian consultant for it! Working with the amazing team at America's Test Kitchen was such a fun experience, and I loved helping ensure the nutrition information and recipes are evidence-based, practical, and realistic for everyday life.
If you've ever thought "high-protein" meant eating plain chicken and protein shakes all day, this cookbook is here to prove otherwise. It's packed with delicious, approachable recipes that make it easy to eat more protein without sacrificing flavor or spending hours in the kitchen. Whether you're trying to stay fuller longer, support your fitness goals, or simply add more protein to your meals, I think you'll find plenty of recipes you'll come back to again and again. It's one of my favorite resources to recommend, and I'm proud to have been a small part of bringing it to life.
